Our new Brixon 90 Series Model 93 and Model 94 are compatible for use in both the English (U.S.) and metric systems and easily retrofit to replace Brixon Model #3 and Model #4 cast iron latch installations.
The Brixon 90 Series design allows for installation from flush to 1.739 offsets (measured from surface of door to surface of door jamb).
The Original Brixon Latch Models are offered in zinc, iron, anodized aluminum, brass, polished chrome and E-coated iron.
Brixon offers the widest pressure release range of any Factory Mutual (FM) approved explosion venting latch manufacturer, from as low as .01 PSI to pressure in excess of 3,000 pounds per door (using multiple latches).
Available finishes for the new 90 Series totally stainless steel latches include: Standard, Passivate, Electropolish, Polish/Buff & Electropolish, Electroless Nickel Plate, Polish Buff & Electroless Nickel Plate.
Our SP2A and SP2B are the only spark proof explosion venting latches available in the world. They are available with brass or aluminum cast housings. FM approved.

The aluminum model is ideal for exterior doors or whenever weight is a factor. Stainless steel internal components are optional.
